Overview
Insight Global is looking for a Service Now Architect to join one of the largest telecommunications providers. This person will guide and influence the strategic direction of our client's enterprise Service Now platform. This leader will serve as the primary architectural authority, partnering closely with our system integrator while ensuring that the client business objectives, licensing strategy, and platform roadmap are clearly defined and accurately executed.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical mastery across the Service Now ecosystem, holds the Service Now Architect certification, and can confidently drive conversations around implementation best practices, licensing models, and module adoption—including CMDB, SPM, and ITSM.
Hourly pay rate range $67/hr-$72/hr

- 10+ years of hands-on Service Now experience, including design, configuration, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required.
- Proven ability to lead complex Service Now programs and guide system integrators.
- Deep understanding of Service Now licensing structures and optimization.
