A leading IT staffing company in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Deskside Support Representative for onsite support. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with Microsoft OS and Office products. Candidates must have experience in a corporate technical support environment and be comfortable with client interaction. A background check and drug test are required.

This position offers a one-year contract with possible extension.
