Position

Summary

We’re looking for an Employment Coordinator who is passionate about helping people succeed in their careers. In this role, you’ll guide participants through every step of their job search, from recruitment to placement, while building strong relationships with employers who are eager to hire. You’ll also play a key role in promoting training opportunities that give people a chance to build lasting careers.

What

You’ll Do
  • Welcome and support participants as they begin their employment journey.
  • Partner with employers to learn about their hiring needs and connect them with job‑ready candidates.
  • Promote apprenticeship and training programs that create long‑term career pathways.
  • Coach participants on resumes, interviews, and job readiness so they feel confident and prepared.
  • Track progress, celebrate successes, and report on participant outcomes.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure participants receive the wraparound support they need to thrive.
