Job Description
Responsible for providing Human Capital Management support including, but not limited to, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, total rewards strategy, and workforce management.

- Four years of management experience with a minimum of three years in Human Resources
- Or Bachelor's degree with two years in Human Resources, or Bachelor's degree with one year of human resource management experience with the completion of Human Resources Trainee Program.

- HUMAN RES MGMT
PCS may be authorized.
Salary Minimum$62,693.00
Major Duties- Partners with management in strategic workforce planning ensuring short- and long-term staffing needs are aligned with business requirements.
- Provides technical and advisory support following Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
- Applies appropriate intervention methods to resolve complex employee and labor relations matters.
- Administers the Total Rewards Program, performance management, recognition, benefits, and compensation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- HIPAA, Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act Required within three months
- TDY - Frequent TDY required
- Annual HR Code of Ethics/Confidentiality
