What You’ll Do

As a Resort Activities Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for our guests in our fitness center and pool areas.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Execute a diverse range of guest activities suitable for both summer and winter seasons with the objective of improving our overall guest experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Setting up pool furniture: chairs, loungers, etc.
  • Greet and welcome guests to the pool area in a friendly manner.
  • Advise guests and ensure rules and safety protocols are being followed.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.
  • Maintain locker rooms and ensure all amenities are stocked.
  • Maintain the inventory and accessibility of equipment for guest usage.
  • Ability to engage with people of all ages.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and codes to ensure a safe environment.

What We Need
  • Physical capability to lift, stand, push, pull, and bend as required to meet job demands.
  • Prior experience working with the public or operating fitness equipment is advantageous, but we also consider a combination of training and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Personal discretion, respect for guest privacy, and professionalism are fundamental qualities for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
