The primary purpose of this position is to serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction. The bartender also prepares beverages for other servers, acts as cashier for the outlet, and supports service staff as needed. This position represents the Restaurant and Hotel in maintaining existing business relationships and works directly with all hotel departments to coordinate groups, events, and food & beverage service in all outlets.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem‑solving skills
• State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one
• State Food Handlers certification required or ability to obtain one

Six paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members):
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

PTO and sick leave allow team members to maintain a work‑life balance for any reason, such as vacation, rest and relaxation, family or personal health concerns, or any qualifying reason under applicable sick and safe time laws.

Available to all team members after one full year of service. Accrual begins from day one and increases the longer you work with us.

Available for team members employed in Oregon or Washington after 90 days of employment.

These benefits are available following the appropriate waiting periods as defined by each benefit plan.

These benefits typically begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of full‑time employment. Insurance coverage is typically not available to part‑time (less than 30 hours) or seasonal team members (less than six months).
