Summaryof Position
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise cleaning personnel and inspect hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies. The inspector also reviews rooms for damage, responds to guest complaints, records room occupancy, and may perform cleaning duties when necessary.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities.
- Inspect guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies for cleanliness and damage.
- Respond to guest complaints regarding housekeeping matters.
- Record and post room occupancy status.
- Conduct occasional cleaning tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Paid Holidays – Six paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members):
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
PTO & Sick Leave – Accrues from day one; increases with tenure. Available to all team members after one full year of service. Sick leave available for Oregon or Washington employees after 90 days.
