Crowne Plaza Midtown managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing candidates for a Line Cook position. As a Line Cook you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control across all kitchen stations. This includes preparing referenced meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and any other items so that each dish meets proper specifications, timing, consistency, plating, and presentation standards. You will also ensure safety standards and regulations are followed and that the kitchen environment remains sanitary and well maintained.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

• State Food Handlers certification required or ability to obtain one.

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour
