Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various local settings.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance patient care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in patient care.
  • Provide feedback to improve nursing practices and patient outcomes.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote health awareness.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
  • Experience in providing nursing care in community or local settings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory guidelines in nursing.
  • Capability to monitor and document patient progress effectively.
  • Experience in community outreach and health promotion activities.
