Occupational Therapist - Anchorage

Overview

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

We are hiring for the following Occupational Therapist positions in the Occupational Therapy Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 20 hours per week.

Position is per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, Hours Per Week as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Or
• Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Or
• Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy.
• Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred

Qualification:

• 2 years in subspecialty.
