RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 13-week assignment

• Work on high acuity stepdown/progressive care unit

• Patient ratio of 4:1

• Every other weekend requirement

• No on-call requirements

• Must have 1 year of telemetry experience and 1 year of step-down experience

• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS

• Alaska RN license required at time of submission (permanent license only, no temporary licenses accepted)

• Alaska RN fingerprints must be completed during onboarding

• Work with bedside monitors and EPIC EMR system

• Float to other telemetry units and medical floors as needed

• Navy blue scrubs required

• Must have positive attitude with strong work ethic

• Unit has 19 beds with night shift staffing of 6 RNs including charge nurse and 2 CNAs
