Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 DOE.

Education:
postgraduate degree.
Qualifications:
- Must meet Alaska state licensure requirement by graduating from an accredited therapy school and successfully passing the national board exam.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good working knowledge of physical or occupational therapy principles and current rehabilitation procedures and techniques.
- Ability to gain good working knowledge of IAOM-US treatment principles in a timely manner.
- Effective time management demonstrated by completing billing-related documentation prior to the end of patient visit and other documentation by the end of day.
- Maintains a safe, well-organized working environment.
- Strong intercommunication skills interacting professionally with physicians, patients and colleagues.
- Regular attendance; employee expected to be at work and on time every day scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient dysfunctions and limitations to develop effective plan of care.
- Utilize safe and effective treatment to meet functional/measurable goals.
- Modify treatment plan to progress patient towards goals and discharge criteria.
- Direct and appropriately delegate tasks to support staff.
- Document patient care in compliance with state/federal guidelines and department policies/procedures.
- Perform effective informal/formal clinical teaching tasks.
- Communicate relevant patient care information to appropriate healthcare professionals.
