The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HS&EM)

is recruiting for two Administrative Assistant 1 positions!

This position is in the General Government (GGU) bargaining unit at a range 16.

This position is open to Alaska Residents only.

NOTE:

The new team members must be available for daily on-site attendance at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson due to the nature of these positions.

What You Will Be Doing:

The new members of HS&EM will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support across all sections of the division, ensuring smooth operations through top-notch office management, administrative duties, policy implementation, travel coordination, payroll, fiscal oversight, and assistance during emergency and disaster response activities to facilitate effective response efforts.
