Work closely with the Commission to develop strategies to help protect critical infrastructure for Alaska’s utilities. Perform analysis of complex regulatory matters and provide recommendations to the Commission both verbally and in writing. Participate in the adjudicatory process providing guidance citing to agency precedent, the public record and statutes and regulations.
