Salary: $22.57 – $31.03 DOE
As a Business Banking Specialist, you will work with business and prospective members to open, service, and monitor accounts, process transactions, solve problems, and provide general information about the Credit Union's products and services.
Additional Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for business members, providing support for account openings, closures, and ongoing maintenance.
- Guide business members through account setup processes, including education on online banking tools.
- Coordinate cash ordering and deposit services between business members and branch staff to ensure secure and efficient handling.
- Assist with the Risk Management team for annual compliance reviews.
- Ensure all activities adhere to applicable state and federal laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- One to three years of similar or related experience; emphasis on managing business preferred.
- A two‑year college degree or completion of specialized certification, licensing, or training courses.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to work with discretion.
- Ability to work efficiently and exercise good organizational skills.
