Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of relevant customer service and/or financial aid experience Experience in a service-oriented call center preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
