Responsibilities
- As a Senior Project Manager, manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium sized projects greater than $10M.
- Accountable for all aspects of a project’s success from initial proposal/bidding through profitable completion, with a special emphasis on safety performance.
- Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, goal orientation, organization, and professionalism.

What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7-10+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Experience with Project Management software (Primavera P6, Unifier, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Heavy Electrical and Inside Wiring.
- PMP, PE.
