Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, onsite School Psychologist position is available in Chugiak, AK, with a commitment through May 21, 2026. This role supports an elementary-level caseload of approximately 1:600 students, providing comprehensive psychological services within the school setting.

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to problem-solving strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations

• Current Alaska certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in an educational setting, preferably working with elementary students
• Strong assessment and counseling skills tailored to school-aged children
• Ability to work onsite full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• This position is based in Chugiak, Alaska, with no option for virtual or voice‑over‑conference work.
