This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Desk Attendant, located in Anchorage, AK. The Front Desk Attendant will handle receptionist duties, manage telephone inquiries, provide excellent customer service to guests, and perform general clerical tasks. Daily responsibilities include guest check‑in and check‑out, assisting with reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills for effectively interacting with guests and addressing their needs
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- General clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, and organization
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and problem‑solve effectively
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Previous hospitality experience or front desk operations required
