Overview

Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza. We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills to join our team. • Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Take on training, orientation, and on-the-job learning as provided.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; strong eye-hand coordination for rapid and accurate movements; ability to enter orders using a computer.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above in some areas. Sudden changes in temperature may occur. Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing
:
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments
:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.

Standing for most tasks. Walking on ceramic tile and linoleum surfaces. Standing height of work surfaces between 36" and 4" (note: original text shows 4" likely a typo; left as provided). Walking short distances; occasional sitting for paperwork; lifting up to 50 pounds with cases up to 3' x 1.5'. Carrying and moving items such as large cans and pizza ingredients;

pushing/pulling trays and dollies; manual dexterity required for pizza dough, cutters, and related tools. Tools may include pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza equipment.
