Pay: $20 - $24 PH + Benefits
COMPANY INFO:
We are partnering with a well established electrical supply company that supports commercial and industrial projects across Alaska. This team values reliability, strong communication, and people who take ownership of their work. They are willing to train someone who is motivated and ready to grow into a larger project coordination role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support Project Managers and Sales teams with day to day operations
- Track orders, shipments, and project timelines to keep jobs on schedule
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate communication between vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing
- Proactively follow up on open items and ensure deadlines are met
- Help improve workflow efficiency across multiple active projects
- Strong administrative or project support background
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and technical information
- Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, self directed, and eager to grow
- Competitive pay based on experience
