Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Anchorage, AK. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling and calendar management, maintaining records, organizing files, and providing general clerical support. The individual will handle phone calls professionally and ensure effective communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders. Supporting executives and assisting with routine office operations are additional key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical varme to maintain organized operations
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
  • Experience in an administrative role within a professional setting is preferred
