Job Title: Document control experts

Location: Anchorage, Alaska (onsite)

Note:

The candidate needs to work at North Slope for 14 consecutive days in 12 hours shift and then have next 14 days off. The client is going to provide accommodation and food at North Slope and transportation from Anchorage to North Slope and back.

• Detailed Job Description
  • Senior Document Control Specialist role in Upstream Oil and Gas domain to manage document control activities for engineering documents and data like PIDs, ISOs, Electrical Schematics, Civil, Structural, Datasheets, vendor packages, test reports, fabrication packages.
  • Create Engineering change Masters, track till closure. Allocate document numbers, maintain metadata accuracy, revision control, manage redline markups, as built updates.
  • Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Blue

  • Manage document control activities for engineering documents and data, allocate doc numbers, manage metadata, as built updates
  • Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Bluebeam sessions
  • Ensure technical documents received from vendor meet contractual VDDR expectations, Validate completeness and upload to SAP DMS and link to appropriate functional locations
