Schedule:

Flexible Part Time or Full Time Monday through Friday 8 to 5

We are partnering with a growing organization that needs immediate accounting support. The department is working through a backlog of reconciliations and audit related tasks and is looking for an experienced Accountant who can step in, bring organization, and help stabilize processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and making a real impact quickly.

• Support daily accounting operations and general ledger activity
• Clean up backlogged reconciliations and financial records
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation review
• Support month end close and financial reporting
• Organize and streamline accounting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

• Prior accounting experience required
• Strong general ledger experience preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct highly preferred
• Controller or HR exposure is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Part Time:
  Flexible days and hours based on candidate preference
• Full Time:
  Monday through Friday 8 to 5 with one hour lunch
• Hybrid available for full time employees, up to two remote days per week with proper home setup

• Background check required
• Drug screen required excluding marijuana
