Pay: $24 - $27 + Benefits

COMPANY INFO: We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a reliable and detail-driven Payroll and Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist. This role supports a busy accounting department and plays a key part in ensuring employees and vendors are paid accurately and on time. Payroll experience is required for this position.

• Process weekly payroll for up to 170 employees
• Review, verify, and enter accounts payable invoices
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
• Prepare and process AP checks and credit card transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist internal teams and external partners with payables questions
• Support the Accounting Supervisor with additional accounting tasks as needed

• 2 plus years of payroll processing experience
• 3 plus years of accounts payable experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience using accounting software
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
