Senior Accountant

We are looking for a  Senior Accountant  who treats accuracy, compliance, and control as fundamentals—not afterthoughts. This role is for someone who can own accounting processes end-to-end while ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and regulatory alignment.
You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring that the organization operates with strong accounting governance.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
Ensure timely and accurate  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards
Handle statutory, tax, and regulatory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
Reconcile accounts and investigate variances proactively
Ensure proper documentation, controls, and accounting policies are followed
Support financial reporting and management information requirements
Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure accounting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in  accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
Sound knowledge of  accounting standards and statutory requirements
Hands-on experience with  ERP and accounting systems
Strong understanding of  GST, TDS, and statutory filings  (as applicable)
High attention to detail and strong control mindset
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
Clear communication and coordination skills
