Delivery Associate

Overview

Sapien Logistics LLC is a family‑owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner located in Anaheim, CA, hiring Delivery Drivers / Associates to work full‑time, part‑time, and weekend shifts.

Compensation ranges from $22.50 to $23.50 per hour depending on experience.

• Load vans, deliver packages, and navigate driveways and stairs in all weather conditions, ensuring safe and punctual deliveries.
• Work approximately 4–5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate electronic devices for GPS navigation, scanning packages, logging time, and communicating with supervisors.
• Assist teammates during rescue calls and other daily tasks.
• Maintain a positive can‑do attitude and communicate effectively to provide exceptional customer service.

• 21 years or older, able to read and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment (commercial driver’s license not required).
• Ability to operate and navigate a van up to 10,000 lbs., and move boxes up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a 4‑panel drug screening.
• No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners to deliver millions of packages daily. As a DSP employee, you work directly for Sapien Logistics, operating out of a local Amazon delivery station.
