Job Description
Follow all safety standards and requirements
Assist in warehouse functions consisting of order pulling, truck loading, packaging, shipping, receiving and material handling.
Operate forklift in a safe and responsible manner.
Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
Determines appropriate places for storage assuring that stocking and stacking conforms to safety procedures and product protection requirements.
Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, dry and free from debris.
Driving – delivery.
Mechanically inclined
- Able to troubleshoot and/or fix small equipment, service, maintenance, etc.
The pay rate for this role is $25 to $30 an hour based of experience.
Requirements
Ability to perform basic math.
No previous experience necessary.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Prolonged periods standing and working outside.
Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
Must be able to perform regular heavy lifting when handling warehouse materials, lift 40 pounds at a time.
Some overtime may be required.
Good communication skills
DOT certified with experience driving a box truck.
Drug Screen required
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass PCG’s MVR, (Motor Vehicle Report)
Forklift certification required.
Organization Skills to access email and coordinate delivery scheduling.
