As a Maintenance Technician (also called a Facilities Tech), you’ll be skilled in some level of maintenance—carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty and you’re better than HGTV’s Property Brothers. You enjoy working with your team to fix things, are detailed, organized, and can correct mistakes. You know the smallest fix can make the biggest difference.

You have current or previous maintenance experience and a “can‑do” attitude.

This position offers $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience, a $1,000.00 sign‑on bonus (payment terms apply) with the ability to earn thousands in bonus potential, plus benefits.

• Hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
• Pride in your work product and excellent communication with team members and residents.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Basic computer skills, namely Microsoft Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
