. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience
. The Vehicle Installation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our first responders operate safe, reliable, and effective vehicles.
- Starting pay is $25 per hour and up, depending on experience
- Bonus potential after satisfactorily completing the initial training period

- Typical Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. Some overtime required

Attributes of a Strong Candidate- Ability to work with hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, hand drills, etc.
- Proven 12V experience – a must
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics – a must
- Capability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from various sources is a plus
- Strong Work Ethic
- Capacity to work independently and/or in team environment
- Pre-Employment Background Check
- Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
- Installation of specialized emergency vehicle lights, lightbars, push bumpers, sirens, controllers, speakers, partitions, window bars, prisoner seats, gun racks, in-car video, computers, license plate recognition, and related equipment
- Attention to detail as it relates to job progress and tracking of hours
