• Assist with on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation
• Use technical abilities to maintain systems
• Work in a team‑based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all safety measures are taken at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA and excellent attendance)
• 1+ years in a mechanical support role; some hands‑on HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal Preferred
• NATE certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders
• Moderate lifting (up to 90 pounds)
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Ability to work independently and self‑schedule
• Self‑motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
• Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
• Availability for weekend and night work occasionally
• Willingness to relocate to another part of the country once training is completed
• Local travel may be required

• Get to the rooftop via fixed/extension ladder
• Work at heights
• Load and unload tools/equipment from work van
• Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Lifting to shoulder and overhead up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs
• Climb ladder to roof height
• Extend reach overhead in a repetitive motion

This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The salary range is $33,000 – $42,000 annually, based on geography/market and the successful candidate’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Employees are not eligible for a bonus but do earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as required by state law).
