Or client is a professional facilities management company providing reliable electrical, air conditioning, and building maintenance services. With expertise in EICR testing, AC servicing. They are looking for a multiskilled engineeryo join their team.

A Multi-Skilled Engineer with experience in both electrical and air conditioning systems. The role will involve carrying out EICR tests, basic electrical maintenance, and AC filter changes and servicing. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with their FGas qualification or willing to gain their FGas.

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and remedial work where required.
• Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, and basic servicing on air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and AC faults efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings to management.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing a professional service.

• Valid EICR qualification (mandatory).
• FGAS qualification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven experience in electrical and air conditioning maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
