• Proven experience in bathroom remodeling
• Plumbing basics
• Acrylic wall systems
• Hard-surface shower base installation
• Vanity and counter top installs
• Ability to run jobs solo or lead with a helper
• Valid driver’s license
• Own truck and tools
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Basic electrical including fans, switches, and lighting
• Flooring such as LVP or tile
• Tile installation
• Lighting upgrades

• Respect craftsmanship
• Do not overload or micromanage crews
• Keep installs organized and realistic
• Pay fairly and consistently
• Building something real, not just filling gaps
