Residential Installer (Orange County) – Precision Door Service
A skilled installer is needed to install residential garage door systems across Orange County.

Job Description- Remove and haul existing garage doors.
- Install new garage doors.
- Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
- Learn track alignment, adjustment, adequate back hangs, operator arm, photo eye setting, and other door and operator repairs.
- Learn basic door and operator maintenance skills and review new products when appropriate.
- Maintain product knowledge for offered products.
- Ensure installations meet customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Review Work Order/Invoice information for accuracy before departing.
- Promote Precision Door Service products and services wherever possible.
- Ensure truck is fueled, serviced, and ready before workday.
- Restock truck with appropriate material daily.
- Assist in unloading trucks when requested.
- Maintain timecards for compensation.
- Perform various secondary support tasks as requested.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a standard drug test.
- Good mechanical aptitude with common power tools.
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
- Read and write legibly and accurately.
- Walk and carry items on uneven ground.
- Climb and work from a 12’’ ladder.
- Safely drive a service truck or van day, night, and in inclement weather.

- Extended periods of driving and travel.
- Work in extreme heat or cold; dirty, dusty, and oily environments.
- Medium to heavy work: lift 100 pounds, walk and carry items on uneven ground, manual dexterity for hand tools.
- Communication: express and exchange ideas orally with accuracy and clarity.
- Hearing: perceive normal speaking levels without correction.
- Work both inside and outside environments.
- Commission-based role with average earning potential $80,000–$110,000 per year; paid training 12 weeks at $20.00–$22.00 hourly.

This is a commission-based role with an average earning potential of $80,000–$110,000 per year. Compensation is based on a piece‑rate commission structure, paid per item completed or sale made. Paid training is provided during the first 12 weeks to ensure your success at a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00. Our company's pay period is Sunday through Saturday, with weekly payroll.
Payday is every Friday.
