We are currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team of creative and energetic employees who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians diagnose HVAC systems, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes, and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work meets local and national codes. The role will also serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.

What Will You Do?

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
• Document service performed and recommendations by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Do I Have What It Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing — troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high‑energy environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
