You’ll be on the front lines of emergency restoration, ensuring quality work and top-tier customer service. This hands‑on leadership role includes:

• Responding to emergency water/fire damage claims quickly and professionally
• Leading the mitigation crew and ensuring all work meets high standards
• Overseeing setup and use of restoration equipment (moisture meters, drying systems, extractors, etc.)
• Performing demolition, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration
• Conducting specialized cleaning in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas
• Documenting work thoroughly using DASH, Matterport, and other company software

• 3+ years of experience in water restoration
• 2+ IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, ASD, HST, FRST)
• Strong leadership skills and a team‑first attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Familiarity with restoration software (DASH, Matterport) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
