** What You’ll Do
*** Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to final delivery
* Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
* Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and protection options
* Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
* Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools
* Stay up to date on Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends
** What We’re Looking For
*** Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range for this position is $48,200.00 - $.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, that includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-knowledge and location.
