Outside Sales Representative – Anaheim, CA

Seeking a results‑driven, hunter‑type Account Representative with proven experience selling woodworking/CNC or related industrial machinery. Own a California territory, grow new business, and expand existing accounts across cabinet, millwork, and manufacturing customers.

Key Objectives
  • Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal).
  • Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host/attend trials and events.
  • Deliver consultative, solution‑based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.
  • Maintain and expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current.
Candidate Profile
  • 3–5+ years outside sales in woodworking/CNC/industrial machinery (required).
  • Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles.
  • Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑through.
  • Lives in Southern California; valid driver’s license; frequent regional travel.
  • Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high‑energy, success‑driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role focuses on B2B sales, identifying companies with woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and production leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Conduct in‑person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives.
