Insurance Sales Producer – Farmers Protege Program

Insurance sales role for licensed or license-ready P&C producers. Paid training, mentorship, uncapped commission, and a structured path to Farmers agency ownership.

About the Role

This role is designed for licensed (or license-ready) professionals who want to start as a sales producer and advance into agency ownership
. You’ll receive hands-on training, district support, and a structured development track.

You start by learning the business, producing sales, and building a book. Top performers progress into ownership opportunities.

Serving the greater Orange County market (on-site).

What You’ll Do
  • Sell Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance products
  • Prospect through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and warm leads
  • Conduct client reviews and provide coverage guidance
  • Follow up consistently using CRM and district tools
  • Hit weekly sales and activity targets
  • Build a personal book of business with renewal and performance-based bonuses

Compensation
  • Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
