Responsibilities- Use telecommunications expertise to simplify the technology needs of new healthcare accounts.
- Engage with existing accounts to analyze and recommend solutions to their evolving needs.
- After completing our award‑winning training, outline beneficial combinations of voice, data and video solutions for healthcare organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain key B2B relationships while building an extensive network.
- Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Serve as an advocate and grow key relationships to develop tailored product solutions.
- Deliver product presentations to decision‑makers that align with business needs.
- Field‑based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Identify target healthcare contacts for product portfolios and facilitate face‑to‑face meetings.
- Maintain an accurate client database to report on sales activities.
- Understand the FCC guidelines and work with regulatory agencies to ensure client implementation.
- Three or more years of healthcare sales experience; five or more years of strategic B2B sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Expert in HIPAA compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG.
- Strong networking and English communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to manage change and cultivate market opportunities.
- Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
- Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in another sales channel or telesales on embedded accounts.
- Familiarity with Spectrum Business products.
