Seeking a results-driven, hunter-type Account Representative with proven experience selling woodworking/CNC or related industrial machinery. Own a California territory, grow new business, and expand existing accounts across cabinet, millwork, and manufacturing customers.
Key Objectives- Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal).
- Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host/attend trials and events.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.
- Maintain/expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
- Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current.
3–5+ years outside sales in woodworking/CNC/industrial machinery (required).
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles.
Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
Lives in Southern California; valid driver’s license; frequent regional travel.
Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits.
Competitive, self-directed, and accountable.
Consultative problem-solver; builds trust quickly.
Urgency, persistence, and disciplined territory management.

We are seeking a high-energy, success-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, identifying companies with woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
