Job DescriptionJob Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Your role as a SPA is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using our tablet‑based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on‑spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.
After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.

- Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas) in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure wins.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leaders.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment background check.
- Residency in the area relative to job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior B2B sales experience.
- Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.

Base compensation $0 – $0 (good faith estimate). Commission is uncapped with weekly payouts, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ if in the top 25%.
