• Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develop local strategy and business plan to meet territory objectives and identify and prioritize retail outlets.
• Plan and execute product and POS material placements to optimize sales visibility.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to accelerate market share.
• Negotiate new retail customer contracts and maintain the 5
  
  Ps (presence, price, promotion, product, personal selling).
• Collaborate with Division Manager on customer and sales planning.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a sales/territory manager role, preferably in field marketing or business‑to‑business.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Analytical and project‑management abilities with high business judgment.
• Leadership, self‑motivation, persistence, and results orientation.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 200 miles per day.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb, and work in confined spaces.

Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.

Annual salary $68,700 with bonus target 20% and 401(k) matching up to 6%.
