HVAC Outside Sales Representative – Wrench Group

Join us as an HVAC Outside Sales Representative. We’re looking for experienced in‑home sales professionals with a strong closing record who thrive on qualified leads and want to close high‑value deals consistently.

Opportunity

At Nex Gen, you’ll focus on closing while the company supports you with brand strength, operational excellence, and a steady pipeline of opportunities.

What Will I Do
  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer‑care standards.
  • Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral‑based sales.
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in the company selling process.
  • Educate potential customers on value and inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high‑efficiency equipment, and optional equipment and products.
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
  • Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
Do I Have What It Takes
  • Must have a proven track record of high‑end sales closing.
  • Drive to operate in a full commission, high‑earning environment.
  • 2+ years of Residential HVAC Sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
  • Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector.
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings.
  • Have an understanding of general HVAC design and overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handling deadlines.
