• Responsible for taking inbound leads and maintain their pipeline of prospects.
• Responsible for calling outbound from leads and maintain their pipeline of prospects.
• Identify the prospect's tax problem, pre-qualify them, and sell the prospect on services.
• Must be comfortable selling investigation cases, tax preparation, and tax resolutions services among other services. (Minor Training available).
• Utilize software/CRM to manage and return calls to all inquiries.
• Building year-round client relationships.
• Effectively communicates in a respectful and professional manner. (Money Motivated).

• No sales experience required!
• Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills.
• Proficient Computer Skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone a lot.
• You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
• You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
• The role is HOURLY + COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little to no experience could make around $60,000 - $250,000 their first year. Experienced sales reps 100k+.

• 2 years minimum. Some training will be available. This is for someone who is motivated and money hungry.
• IRS logics software experience preferred.

• Hourly + Commission (pay structure provides a safety net and motivates you to do more).
• Opportunity for daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
• Commission is uncapped.
