Overview
Are you ready to use your culinary skills in an innovative and high-volume environment? Hotel Culinary Table Service creates magic at our impressive resort hotel casual restaurants by ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence!
Hourly opportunities may include:
- Hotel Order/Grill Cook
- Prepares, fries, grills, broils, and sautés and cooks all breakfast items — including but not limited to bacon, French toast, eggs (any style), sausage, hash browns, pancakes, and waffles
- Prepares meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, hamburgers/sandwiches, and French fries
- Prepares exhibition omelets, pastas, sandwiches, and pizzas
- May be assigned as attendant at a carving station
- May be assigned complex garde manger work for banquets
- Assists dinner cook with production of food for restaurants and banquets
- May replenish food displays
- Responsible for ensuring food is cooked to proper standards
- Uses equipment including but not limited to gas range, electric range, broiler, deep fat fryer, serving table, refrigeration, waffle iron, griddle, and other standard kitchen equipment
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Passion for culinary arts and delighting guests with food for an unforgettable Disney culinary experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the culinary field with a focus on high-volume restaurant production
- If less than 2 years of experience, culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient knife skills
- Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Proven ability to read and understand recipes
- Organizational skills; ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced team environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required; ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to adapt to production requirements
- Culinary degree or culinary certificate

Additional InformationSchedule Availability: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and some shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. while some may end as late as 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., or 5:00 a.m. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
