Guests can learn the two-step, west coast swing, and line dancing from top country dance instructors, and enjoy a menu that includes the famous 58oz. Cowboy Ribeye and an exclusive selection of whiskey and local craft brews.

THE RANCH Saloon is seeking experienced, high-energy Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment. Our ideal candidate is charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable in mixology, and capable of delivering top-tier hospitality while maintaining the unique personality of THE RANCH brand.

• Create, mix, and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage guests with genuine hospitality while taking and preparing drink orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain expert knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and THE RANCH signature beverage offerings.
• Recommend beverages and upsell specialty cocktails, top-shelf liquors, and craft beers.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Collaborate with bussers, servers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and practice responsible service in accordance with ABC regulations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar; uphold sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with fellow employees to promote a harmonious team environment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
• Familiarity with Aloha point-of-sale (POS) system
• Must possess a valid California Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
• Flexible availability: must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from work
• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and country music culture is a big plus

Required Availability:
Thursday to Sunday, 4:00PM - 2:00AM

Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour + tips

We are a Country Music Dance Venue, therefore we feature country western style dancing such as Two Stepping, West Coast Swing, and Line Dancing. THE RANCH Saloon has a managed dance floor. Provocative and out of control dancing is not condoned and you may be asked to leave the dance floor. Freestyle dancing is only allowed when called by the DJ or band.

• The dance floor moves in a counterclockwise direction for Two Stepping. Fast and experienced dancers on the outside of the floor, slow and beginner dancers to the inside center of the floor.
• The DJ or band calls every dance to maintain dance floor flow and safety.
• Drinks of any nature are not allowed on the dance floor. This includes drinking across the rail.
• No standing on the dance floor as it impedes the flow of dancing.
• For the safety of our patrons, dance lifts are only allowed by experienced dancers and must be cleared by management or the DJ first.
