** as the next great step in your career. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves animals and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience
** rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood, and running bloodwork, knowledge of X-rays and dental X-rays, proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education**, and being a positive and supportive team member.

* ** Veterinary Technician or RVT

* ** Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT licence must be current)**
* ** 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience** **(required)**
* ** Strong anesthesia monitoring experience**
* ** Experience with dental X-rays
*** Highly skilled at teaching, training, and mentoring vet tech knowledge and skills with staff
* Experience with inventory for surgeries and back-of-the-house medications, and supplies
* Understands surgery scheduling and helps to control each surgery's flow to stay on track
* Full-time hours **(required)
*** Saturday & Sunday shifts **(required)
**** Qualifications
* * Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT)
** preferred** – or
** eligibility
* * to obtain licensure based on state requirements.
