• Shift Team Lead:
  The Shift Team Lead is responsible for ensuring performance to established safety, quality, cost and productivity standards and best practices through engagement and involvement of Production employees. Must be supervising production employees and production lines. In addition, they will lead the continuous improvement process to optimize safety, quality and productivity within defined manufacturing system and process limits.

• Maintain high standards and achieve expected outcomes.
• High School diploma or GED required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience, preferably managing a union workforce.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to work in team environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and key operational metrics.
• Effective communication for organizational alignment.
• Familiarity with quality systems and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze safety hazards and understand safety protocols.
• Quick comprehension of safety policies, production rates, and performance tracking.

• Competitive salary and benefits package
• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,800- $98,500 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
• 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.

• Shift will be 10p-6am or 6pm-6am
