Painter

Overview

The painter will be responsible for the day to day painting of products and parts. Our production team members are responsible for learning approved fabrication methods and techniques to ensure the highest quality production possible, while meeting daily schedules and goals.

The Production Team Member’s responsibilities also include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

• Paint small and large signs and products with highest quality possible
• Meet quality standards
• Perform work in accordance with scheduled daily activities
• Monitor manufacturing equipment and safety procedures and notify management of issues

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience spraying automotive style paint
• Attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Physical dexterity
• Available for shift work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand up to 100% of the assigned shift

To be considered for this position you must have:

• High School Degree or GED or relevant experience
• Sign industry experience not required but is a plus
